Great view sunset and sunrise! Pent house #39 have seen better days. Furniture def outdated and you could smell the musty old stench in the carpet. The only renovated parts were the kitchen and ensuite bathroom. The aircons (2 only) were placed only in the living room (didn’t work well) and kitchen. Kitchen aircon was working well, but no one wanted to be spending most of their stay on the kitchen table. Rooms just fans, but cannot compete with the heat! Windows only opened 10cm due to no security screens. Reception is unattentive most of the time. All in all, a very nice stay and well worth what you pay for close to eatery within 10metres walking distance 💯.

Amazing views...shops cafes close...possibly would need better cooling in hotter weather but during our stay we had a rain event so managed fine...we felt like royalty in this accommodation

We had a lovely time and the place was very spacious. My 18months loved the view. It was close to everything and we can't wait to come back again. Way better than surfers paradise.
