A Gem of a place ... its a shame we could not have stayed longer. Rachel and Family were lovely and the property was beautiful. We stayed in a well equipped room with an amazing shower just off the communal area which was a little busy in the morning, but we had an early start so it did not really impact us. The property is in a magical setting that you can ramble around with lots of dogs, horses, goats and a miniature pig. it was really lovely.

All of it! Rachel and Dale were fantastic hosts! The lodge is just a magical place, you must see the waterfall, it's fairy grotto heaven! The room was spectacularly well-appointed, and the breakfast and the other guests were wonderful. The three dogs are really friendly and so is the cat! The frog chorus was a surprise but not intrusive, even next door's cockerel was well-mannered and waited till nearly 7 before announcing his presence. If you read a negative review of this place that person has no soul and should be confined to staying in Days Inns!

Breakfast was great and a great value. The space is open and inviting to walk around as if it was your own.
