Excellent location in the town centre but reaching it very difficult due to driving restrictions, parking also difficult

The location and the decoration. The heated terrace. The suite was big and bed comfy. The room also had good insulated windows, preventing noise from the street, hence very quiet.

Room was bright and comfortable, good bed, functioning bathroom - all fixtures working. Friendly staff - even when in the morning the alarm went off, the staff stayed calm and di their best to solve the problems. Location is great, with restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Even on a Friday evening when the town was buzzing, the room was quiet!

The property is in perfect location. The pool/sauna/steam room is a real added bonus. We stayed in the older side which did not have lifts, so if you struggle with stairs make sure you pick the right rooms. If you stay a Saturday night it’s perfect for breakfast on the Sunday as lots of places are closed. We loved sitting outside the area is very relaxing and inviting. We would definitely recommend and stay again

The staff are very nice. Room and shower are huge. Location is at the Centrum. No parking but there is a paid public parking nearby

The decoration is bit bizarre but is supercool! Rooms are very clean, and big and also the bed is comfortable. It is also well located.
