The shower was good size and quite a treat after all the small ones I’ve been in recently. The staff were excellent and the burger at their sister Hotel was simple & tasty.

Exactly as we expected. Prime location with easy check in. Staff were friendly and efficient and the room was ideal. Perfectly clean with the “normal” facilities. Maybe a tad expensive but there is no real competition for hotels in Gloucester city centre to drive the prices down. Other than that it was ideal and would definitely book again.

Very central, not overly expensive. The bed was not the standard I'd expect for a hotel room though: small, on slats and a bit creaky.. It was comfortable enough though and the room was quiet.

Location in centre of town was great. Quiet bedroom with fridge and microwave. Single bed was creaky and could do with replacing. Shower room clean. Staff excellent especially George who went the extra mile for me in phoning the sister hotel in Gloucester to enable me to have oatmeal milk.

Wasn't expecting a Microwave, which was nice to have. The water pressure was nice too, and the bed was comfortable. It's nice being close to the city centre

Location great. They assisted us in getting a ground floor room very prompt replies to enquiries. Large fridge was useful.
