The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also very apologetic about the issues and tried to make things better for me and others in the same situation. The room was clean and comfortable. The leisure centre was having a makeover, but generally fine. I booked a treatment, which was great. The swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were good.

The spa and pool facility The breakfasts Large spacious room Bathroom with a bath Huge bed A window that opens. Room temp perfect Friendly relaxed atmosphere Prompt attention given to issues that arose( we had a blocked sink that was quickly fixed and a previous guest had covered the smoke detector with pair of dirty socks which staff removed ) Wasn't charged for parking this time which was a pleasant surprise I would like to give a special mention to Sharon in the restaurant who was very kind particularly as I wasn't feeling well

Welcoming entrance area with a few tasteful xmas decorations. Nice bar and lounge area and friendly staff. Beds were comfy and the swimming pool was spacious and varied. Dry ski slopes nearby and number 1 bus route works well to get into town and back.

In house spa, pool and gym facilities, clean room, very good breakfast, accessible room granted upon booking, lovely, friendly and courteous staff throughout.

Good location and lovely to have leisure facilities such as the pool included in the price. We let the hotel know we were celebrating our engagement and had a lovely arrangement on the bed with rose petals on arrival.
