RENOVATION NOTICE: The Therapy Pool (Hot Pool) is currently undergoing a renovation upgrade with scheduled completion in late-May 2022. Our Main Pool is not affected by construction and is available for guests. In addition, we have temporarily turned our Hanging Lake Pool (West End of the Property) into a hot soaking pool while the Therapy Pool is under construction.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

“A great place even if a little overpriced.”

I liked that this hotel included the cost of the springs access for guests on the day of check in and the day after, regardless of check in/out times. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was made to order which is nice. The staff were all very pleasant and gave us early check in too.

We loved our stay here. The family happily spent most of the day in the hot springs pool, and then in the evening in the little town centre minutes' walk away. The hotel staff were brilliant. The rooms are traditionally decorated and spotless. The room was comparatively expensive but when you factor in the use of the pool all day (and the next), it's worth it. Highly recommend this place.

I liked the convenience of the resort. It was by a lot of different places and by the interstate. Also having access to the hot spring more that one time of day was nice.
