When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.From October 2nd to November 30th, we are redeveloping some of our bedrooms at the hotel. Please note, during this period there will be extensive works going on in one area of the hotel, however this will be limited to daytime hours, so disruption will be kept to a minimum.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Stunningly location with picturesque views. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Staff were superb. Christmas decorations were outstanding. Food excellent. Certain to return without hesitation.

The staff were friendly throughout our stay. The food was amazing and the hotel staff are really dog friendly! You don’t always get this, even though most places advertise themselves as dog friendly. I cannot fault the service here at all. Location-just perfect!

Fabulous clean and comfortable room with wonderful views of fell and lake. Great range of breakfast items. Staff were attentive, professional and friendly. Amazing festive feel with a staggering array of Christmas trees.
