the service from staff (with a smile) and location was great (5 mins walk to The Glen shopping mall) . the cleaner changed and tidy our room during our stay and they gave a small welcome activity kit to my 4 yo son which he enjoys. the room was a little smaller but enough for 3 of us as a family

I liked the close location to the Glen shopping centre and to my kids’ house in Highbury Road. Hotel was very comfortable

Lovely big hotel very close to the station in Glen Waverley. Beds were very comfortable and the bar area downstairs a comfortable place to hang out. The barman made some of the best coffee we've ever had in Melbourne.
