The hotel offers discounted 24-hour rates at the Oswald Street NCP car park. The fifth-floor exit of the car park leads directly to the Central Station concourse, where the hotel is located at the far end.Please note that the Queen Bed Loft Room and the Premium Deluxe Double Room with Lounge cannot accommodate an extra bed or a cot.The credit / debit card used at the time of the booking needs to be presented upon check-in.

Always go to this hotel as I feel at home there and it is in the best location. Staff are awesome, beds are extra comfy. Got a smaller than usual room this time which wasn't quite as nice to hang out it.

Apart from the room being a little on the cold side,everything else was perfect-the location was great, staff were friendly, the room was spacious,clean and tidy.

A large hotel with lots of guests, functional and some nice touches as it is lovely building. The breakfast was not great, very busy, nice staff but a bit of a fast food cafe feel about it. The parking is difficult and the Hotel staff were fine, gave us a discount for the 24 hour stay in the car park itself which is not the hotels, but NCP is a real dump

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The addition of the capacity to cast from your phone is also a boon. The staff were excellent, and the fact that Champagne Central is in the hotel too is also a boon.
