The staff were brilliant, the bar area has been modernised and is very nice. The food from the bar was very good aswell. Much better than expected. The staff are all lovely here and couldn't do more for you or be nicer. It's an old fashioned hotel but it's key are the staff. The staff and the bar facilities saved this review and brought it to a 6/7 out of 10 for me rather than a 2/3 rating.

Nice friendly staff, room was clean, had a meal before we went out which was good as was breakfast, train station only a couple of minutes walk which takes you in the centre of Glasgow, will use again if in that area
