The West End is the best area in Glasgow. Byers road and the Hillhead Subway (Metro) Station is a short walk away, as is Hyndlands, with great shops and places to eat. The hotel is in a grand Terrace of beautiful Town Houses, has high ceilings and a grand staircase and very nice and helpful staff.

The hotel is well served with public transport from the city centre. The staff were good and helpful. The room was nice.

Staff very friendly and helpful when we had any problems. Nice continental breakfast, quick service from staff. Nice and close to shops and the subway.

Didn’t get up in time for breakfast! Beautiful building, lots of character, nice fire in the evening in the breakfast room. Room was as described, clean, comfortable and served our purpose perfectly. Excellent location, nice and quiet even though just off the main road in a lovely area of the city

Location was great - loved being in this part of the city. Felt safe. Easy reach of where we wanted to be. Hotel was in a very grand building. Nice big room. All the staff we met were lovely - very friendly and helpful.
