The hotel was easy to find close to a bus stop on a route from the city centre. The check in was easy and our room was bright and comfortable.

Parking at the front door. Very friendly front desk staff, with everything well explained. Location is very good if you are attending a show at the OVO, etc, as it's a walkable distance. The room was spotless, comfortable bed & pillows. Recently decorated/fitted out. The shower room was immaculate. The breakfast was very tasty & very good value for £10. You do need to go to a different hotel to have this, but it is a 1-2 minute walk, so don't be put off.

We liked the newly renovated room and bathroom, the cleanliness of the bathroom and the room in general, how quiet it was at night, the friendly staff, and the bed was comfortable and new looking.

The room was very bright and clean and had recently been refurbished. Very quiet stay, woke up feeling refreshed after a concert the night before. Would definitely book again

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, explained about the refurbishments going on but we weren't effected by them at all. Would highly recommend this hotel and would use again
