When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies.
When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance. The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 3 courses from our pre fixe menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available. Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.Starting 6th January 2025 our hotels will be cashless, please use cards or digital payments for transactions.

The hotel is my favourite in Glasgow. Always made to feel welcome on arrival. The bar is special and the rooms are superb. Breakfast is great. The people in all areas of hotel are fantastic.

It’s still a beautiful place to stay but has lost a bit of service quality. I was asked if I wanted to leave a deposit for drinks etc. or pay as you go. I requested pay as you go but they deducted £100 deposit. It takes days to clear which is not right in and at the least should be explained at the outset. The room was cold and the nice “extras” were ridiculous priced £5 for a small bar of chocolate!

The staff were welcoming and friendly whilst maintaining professionalism. The suite we stayed in was very comfortable,lots of small details thought about and immaculately clean. We liked it so much that we booked it again for our return trip.

Everything. We were upgraded to a suite which was phenomenal. Was absolutely huge, with lower floor bathroom which was huge too. Extremely comfortable bed. Superb double shower. Breakfast was great next day too. Would stay again.
