Ionela was amazing and friendly! We got to chatting at check in and she was extremely helpful with finding me a room earlier than actual check in as I had flown in and was extremely tired. Amazing customer service! Welcoming! Lastly the bed was comfortable, decent size bathroom and blackout curtains. Couldn't complain! Thanks for hosting me

It was absolutely great for the price plus it was right opposite the ovo hydro. Highly recommend especially if your going to a gig there. It's not even a 20 seconds walk to it

Greeted by a lovely woman at reception, friendly and helpful. We managed to get our room early. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is modern and looks good, beautiful views over the river and bridge. Restaurant was great, attentive waiters and nice menu with kids options. Breakfast was great, especially the waffle machine, where you can make your own and add toppings. So near the hydro etc. not far from west end too.

Location was great, close to where i needed to be for work. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was lovely, had a lot of choice. would definitely stay here again :)
