The hotel staff were very helpful in looking after my elderly mother. She was made very comfortable and access to the hotel was very good. The breakfast was also very good.

Location great hotel warm clean I've stayed a few times now and always will when I'm in Glasgow it's close to everything I need always have a good sleep and no noise considering of location of the city

The location is, great for exploring Glasgow especially its cultural West End. Onsite parking is tricky but invaluable in this location. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

We had to leave a day earlier due to the forecasted bad weather. Staff told us to contact booking.com about rebate. They were superb and ensured we were on our way out of Glasgow as soon as possible with weather closing in

Location is perfect. Car parking is easy. Breakfast was good, except the coffees. Did not taste right. The coffee machine with the real coffee beans grinder would be much more appreciated.

Fabulous location In Glasgow’s west end for lovely eateries, botanical gardens, Kelvingrove park. Such an iconic part of the city . The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable , tea/coffee in the room. Great friendly staff, really good breakfast options.

Great location, room was comfortable, good value with a tasty and plentiful breakfast. Staff encountered at reception, restaurant and in corridors.were polite, friendly and helpful.
