We had a brilliant stay and would 100% stay here again. The staff were wonderful and friendly and the hotel was great value for money. The room was also very decently sized and had a great bed and shower. The staff in the bar were also fantastic!

All went well. The only criticism was a full Scottish breakfast had to be returned as it had cooled down significantly before it reached the table. My porridge was delicious but not particularly warm either but I opted not to return it. The replacement full Scottish breakfast was hot & the staff were very helpful with this issue from the initial complaint.

The Executive King Room was cozy, comfortable and clean. The staff were very warm and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very professional. Very chilled, spa-like atmosphere with dimmed lighting. I relaxed the moment I entered the lobby. I wasn't expecting my room to be ready so early but it was available for me to check right in before 11am. That was perfect.

I was very sick on our last night and had to stay an extra night. The staff were excellent ensuring that my partner was able to extend our stay and helping her through the day by keeping us supplied with water and toilet paper (!) finding pharmacies open on a Sunday to get medication. Top marks.
