The staff at reception & at the bar were lovely. The reception & bar area were really nice. Cleaning staff in the morning were super loud kept getting woken up many times between 7am and 10am. Stains on carpet and rubbish under sink. Strange set up with kettle you had to carry it over to dressing table to plug it in we thought just put the tea tray over there instead of across the room.

I loved everything about this hotel , there is nothing i could find fault with The staff were so helpful , room was spotless and they even left a little box of chocolates and a card as it was my sons birthday We were early but our room was ready so we could check in early , we used the pool facilities,staff in the gym was lovely to, The room had a lovely view over the river and could see the Ovo ,the breakfast choice was fab, I tried haggis for the first time and it was amazing , All staff were polite at all times, like I said I could not find fault with this hotel ,
