lovely large room. spotless and clean. comfy beds. great breakfast. we got an early check in which was a bonus and greatly appreciated. all staff were friendly and super helpful. great location by the river and easy access to city centre. hotel is lovely. we only stayed one night but hope to return.

A member of staff called Ann(e) was extremely helpful. We got a river view, which was amazing. Bed is so so comfy. Bar staff are so good at the cocktail making. All staff super friendly and helpful.
