Great hotel, the only thing I would suggest would be a fridge in your rooms, other than that, it was spot on.

The only problem with this hotel is they take an extra 100 of your card ontop of the room price and keep it for a few days. This is not made clear at all when booking. They then also want you to have photographic id to be allowed to book in and threaten sometimes to turn guests away if you don't have it. This again should be made very clear when booking and not in small print. I would not normally carry photographic ID unless abroad with my passport. But staying in UK I leave passport at home which most people probably do.

The staff exceptional..so helpful especially because I am a big person and the entrance in the shower usually is to small for me they prepared a room whit a wet room,always asked me if I am ok ..when the heating took to much time they give me a small radiator for extra warmth. Really attentive

Brilliant very helpful staff, room was spotless and very spacious. Having the choice of bath or shower was good. Great location near Kelvingrove Museum and a great restaurant The Butcher shop.

Hotel was spotless and staff were very friendly . I also had breakfast included and the food was delicious with great options ..the dining room was very well designed and welcoming. My room was spotless and very comfortable bed . The woman at reception and breakfast was very pleasant as were othe staff I met during my stay.
