For us personally a walk into city a walk to west end so location was perfect The hotel was clean and staff was as friendly as can be helpful the breakfast was lovely all round great stay

Kevin was a fabulous host. Nothing was too much trouble. He took an interest in what we intended to do during our stay and asked how it went the following morning. Room was very comfortable. Good lighting. Plenty of power points. Hair dryer AND GHD straighteners in the room. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk etc in the room. Everything worked.

I just loved the layout of the building very tranquil just what I love. I booked the acorn hotel as it was near were I needed to be it also have straight threw to book a taxi. If out. I booked here as I was celebrating my birthday on my own booked kings theater to a show . Please have cash for the taxis

`This hotel was spotless, only thing was the hairdryer in the rood did not work but I brought my own so all goo. When boking again I would request a lower floor due to my friend having COPD, the second floor was a bit of a climb for her

The staff especially Kevin were lovely,didn't have breakfast but it looked amazing and great value for money, room great fresh coffee and tea etc every day ,cleaned every day,superb,definitely stay again .
