After-hours, after 21:00 and before 06.30, by picking up the phone located on the left hand side of the front door, the duty manager will answer.Please note that for stays of 2 nights or more, only minimal servicing takes place.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The guys running it were amazing helpful and set my family and sister inlaws fam up with marina side views for the Nye fireworks display which we had the best view in the house I feel. Rooms were clean, pool was amazing and the meals from. Their restaurant were 👌 good sized and priced well. Overall can't fault the staff at the highpoint and will definitely recommend to others needing a place to stay in the 4680 area.

Great location. Spacious apartment. Had everything we needed. Loved how quiet it was. Room service was a treat. Also had dinner at their restaurant. The meals were very generous and delicious. The service was exceptional!! This is you ‘Tel’. 😁 Thank you 😊 And thank you Nita at reception. The first person who greets you says it all 😊

I travelled with my Aunty, I had to work. Angie on the front desk was fantastic! Very nice and welcoming and efficient. She gave us all the information we needed and arranged for us to order a meal from the kitchen right on closing time. I consider it a bonus to have an apartment with Restaurant that is actually open and also being able to order room service. Covid kind of knocked that on the head unfortunately but this hotel has it and the meal I ordered ravioli and sweet potato fries was delicious and not expensive! The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and I had to extend for another day and thankfully they were able to accommodate us in the same room, thank you so much this really helped alot. Very easy access up and down from the carpark to the room in the lift. Room service was great. It has a mini bar which is great! The king sized bed was as soft as sleeping on a cloud and I fell asleep on the couch one night and that was not uncomfortable. It's a spacious apartment and very comfortable and a great place to be able to work. The wifi was excellent. It had everything we needed for self sufficient cooking as my Aunty has to prepare her own food due to allergies. Free Netflix was a bonus and access to Youtube on the Smart TV.

Great location and views. Really enjoyed the balcony room. The views of Gladstone were great and the sunrise was just beautiful.
