The lady manager was lovely. The room was clean. Had a basic kitchenette, Netflix and air con. Walking distance to some restaurants close by. Quiet location.

The breakfast was great, cereal, toast, yoghurt. My only minor quibble is my preference for wholemeal over white bread. Ward's Brewery is just around the corner, which is a nice venue for bite to eat.
