Great customer service! I accidentally left a pouch with important documents in the room, but the staff was extremely helpful in sending it back to me. They were patient with my questions, and I am thrilled that I received my belongings in a timely manner. Additionally, the room was impeccably clean, and the bed was comfortable. I particularly appreciated the extra heating in the bathroom, especially during chilly mornings after showering.

Staff was very accommodating, and very professional. I called in advance that I would be arriving very late, and they assured my my reservation would be held. As promised, they were expecting me upon my arrival and had my room keys ready promptly.
