The staff was super friendly and flexible. The breakfast is great 👍 (includes nice vegetables and the classic bread/butter/jam). The room is clean and confortable. Location is perfect as well: 1 min from the ethnographic museum and 5 minutes from the old town center.

Perfect hotel, only a few steps from the bazar but away from the crowd. A super room with a good bed. The breakfast is super; we stayed 3 days and had every day different bread served by the friendly familie. The hotel is near most highlights of Gjirokaster. If you are in Gjirokaster, take a break at Taverna Panorama Zhuli: great familie, good food and nice view on the castle.

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was very tasty and full, the people of the hotel are very kind, always smiley and ready to do everything for the best experience. The room was clean and cozy, we had new towels etc every day and hot water as soon as you opened the faucet. The hotel was 2-3 minutes from the old town by foot, very close to everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and if we ever come back to Argirokastro we definitely choose Palorto! Greetings from Greece!

The owners were such lovely, kind people who parked my car for me! Despite needing sat nav to find, it was in a brilliant location to everything. The breakfasts were superb and beautifully presented. One carrier bag of washing for 5 euros. The view from the balcony and a very clean, comfortable and modern room. Coffee machine in the room.

the best hotel we stayed in our road trip in Albania. The receptionist was very kind and helped us with finding a parking for our car. The breakfast in the patio was amazing and the staff was really nice. The room although a bit small was very comfortable and with a blacony with an amazing view. Highly recommended

It was close to the old town so very convenient for eating out/exploring, but was also set away enough that it was nice and quiet.
