We loved Hotel Praga. Only stayed the one night but felt very welcome. Isabella was really helpful in sorting our bus to Berat the day we checked out and we were able to leave our luggage in the dining room while we explored Gjirokaster. Breakfast was good, and the pool is a big bonus - especially during a heatwave. Possibly most importantly, the hotel has a pet tortoise who chills around the pool.
