The hotel is located behind/above the fortress. Rather difficult to find. By car: Take the new road behind (!, i.e. south-east) the fortress (it is not known in Google Maps), then you don't have to drive through the city. The roads to the hotel are very narrow, take care! Very friendly and helpful personnel. Nice and clean rooms and bathrooms. A common terrace is available.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. It has a very nice terrace where the breakfast is served and the service is very attentive. Odise did a great job of accommodating us.

Good room with nice view. Nice part of town; rather high up, so it's steep to come back home. Great starting point to visit the castle and town. Lovely set up for breakfast on the terrace. Good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Spent 2 nights at Hotel Pashai , was very happy with the accommodation's. Ermand and his staff were very friendly and gracious hosts. The room was small but very comfortable with all the amenities included. Breakfast was a good way to start the day exploring Gjirokaster. I really appreciated Ermand assistance in parking the rental car as the hills & roads are quite challenging. We would highly recommend this hotel for its locations , staff & cleanliness. B & G

My stay at this hotel was simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by extremely friendly and professional staff. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was fantastic – spacious, impeccably clean. The breakfast was another highlight. The variety of food was extensive, everything was fresh and of the highest quality. Once again, the service was attentive and very accommodating. The warm and welcoming attitude of the staff made my stay truly unforgettable. I am looking forward to visiting soon😌

Amazing views from the room and terrace, very friendly & great breakfast (with cute cat), really nice room & very comfortable bed, good wifi and such a nice town to visit. Could not recommend more strongly. A bit of a hike up the hill but it made the views even better!

We had a great stay! Our room was spotless, and everyone we met was super friendly. Breakfast was the perfect way to start the day – plenty of tasty options to choose from. We'd definitely recommend this place to others. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Honestly we liked everything. The room conditions,the location from castle and from the Old Bazaar,the hospitality from the owner Mr.Ermand,the breakfast. The room was so clean. Bathroom also so clean. Parking available.I mean everything on top. We would like to visit again this place.

The authentic location was great, peacefull and quiet. The host was very kind. We absolutely loved the traditional pancakes that were served with breakfast! The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here!
