Amazing breakfast and yes Maradona is amazing haha he literally came to save me when I took a wrong turn in the night and ended up on a crazy crazy off road. He texts you a video of how to get there but I don’t recommend driving there in the night as everything will look different and it won’t help much especially if you’re alone w no copilot to help navigate. Some people say location is far but really unless you are super lazy it is not bad at all it’s fun to walk there and go through the tunnel to the city.

Personal welcome to this lovely traditional family-owned B&B with an common outdoor terrace with gorgeous view over the valley. Fabulous location, walking distance up the stone paved road to the bazaar and castle ruins. Hot shower. Homecooked breakfast in the communal breakfast room. Free bus down to town.

Lovely guesthouse located in easily accessible by car (ie road paved, not narrow, up hill right off of main street) neighborhood within 10 minute walk to center. Host was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Neighborhood was quiet, bed and pillow comfortable, we slept well. Breakfast was delicious. Onsite, gated parking available. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

The room is incredibly beautiful. Decently sized, confortable bed, tv, air conditioning and pristine. The bathroom is also quite big and in great condition. Breakfast was also very good and the location was very close to the old town of Gjirokastër, which was perfect to start off your trip. The major thumbs up for this hotel is definitely its host. Maradona goes above and beyond (and that's just being humble) to help you with absolutely anything you need, to the point of sharing locations, record videos explaining everything you might need, help you with the parking, or if you don't have a car, helping you with transportation, etc. Would totally recommend

This property was beautiful, and had a gorgeous traditional feel to it. It was such good value for money, and the breakfast was a phenomenal addition! Our host Maradona was amazing, so helpful and kind. We were going to sarande next and he was so helpful in finding out the bus times from the hotel to the bus station, and from there to sarande. We would have been lost without his help! He also offered a really helpful and speedy free taxi service to the old town, which was super useful for getting to and from the main part of town if you didn’t want to do the walk. I would without a doubt book here again if I return to gjirokaster!! Thank you!!

everything was wonderful ! Maradona went above & beyond to make our stay perfect from the beautiful breakfast to arranging anything we needed including car hire to giving us lifts everywhere & always happy with it !

Room was comfortable and clean with AC and a TV and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Owner offers a taxi service for free to the town centre and tries his best to help you as much as he can.

Amazing host. Maradona gave us amazing recommendations and made our stay much better! The room was similar to the historic houses of the city. Don't worry about parking! The hotel has parking and the host will help you with the trip to town. The distance to old town is not a problem.

Amazing hosts! Had such a great time staying here and the owner Maradona was always there to assist anyway he could. Super clean place and amazing breakfast was provided. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was clean and located only a short walk from the town centre. The property had air conditioning and lots of room which made it very comfortable
