We loved our stay in Guest House Argjiro Castle. The location is excellent, very near the castle and the old town and our room had a breathtaking view into the Gjirokaster Castle and Nemerçka mountain. The owners were extremely welcoming and attentive to our needs, they greeted us warmly. When we checked out, they gave us plentyl of oranges, lemons and apples from their trees.

The host was very nice and generous and greeted us with nice tea and pomegranates. The house has a large and beautiful garden and great view. The room was nice but not too big. Distance to the old town was about 10 minutes walk on a nice pedestrian path.

The place had a view of the gjirokastra and the castle of Gjirokastra (nice view). The host was very, very welcoming, very kind .So far, one of the best experiences that I had in Gjirokastra.Very warm welcoming.

A beautiful, clean and quiet space overlooking the castle and valley of Gjirokaster. The bed was really comfortable too. We were greeted with Turkish coffee, byrek, pomegranate and grapes by none other than the absolutely delightful host and owner Adelina. Adelina was one of the highlights of our stays here ... kind, caring and helpful she could not give us enough or help us enough. Even her beautiful mamma was always around with a smile. Between basic English and google translate we all understood each other perfectly. We came as guests and left as family. You are my motre, my sister, dear Adelina. Fale Minderit Ombi

Very comfortable bed (nice firm mattress), very friendly host, clean, easy private parking, easy to access property (Girokaster has many steep, narrow lanes but this was much easier than many!) little shared seating space in parking area with great mountain views, we were a couple so the quiet 20 minute steep up-down walk to the centre of old town did not bother us, but may not be ideal if you are alone. Definitely recommended.

Our stay at Argjiro Castle was amazing! We were a little bit sad to leave this place, because even after one day we felt completely at home. The view is beautiful and the hostess is so kind! She got us fresh fruits from the garden and made sure our clothes were freshly washed. When we left, it was like saying goodbye to our mom and granny. Definitely recommend this place!

Everything was perfect. The lady running the pension house was incredibly nice, welcome and pleasant. She doesn't speak English, but she uses the translator very smoothly. Very good breakfast which includes all their local products, like fresh milk, fruits and whatever you can imagine. The view from the room was spectacular and the room itself was very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend it!
