It was a pleasure to be back at Hotel 12. The staff is always so warm and welcoming, very clean and comfortable rooms and all the amenities are included as always.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel 12 - the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were particularly helpful ahead of our stay when arranging a taxi transfer from the Lake Koman ferry terminal in Fierze. The location is very good - only a 5-10 minute walk from the main stretch in Gjakova and a 10-15 minute walk from the bus terminal. The one point to note is that in our room you could see through from the bedroom into the shower so something to be aware of if travelling with someone you're not that intimate with! All in all we had a comfortable stay at Hotel 12.

Loved this hotel. Receptionist super friendly. Room was large size, nice terrace to relax. Shower was great, bed super comfy. 👌

Comfy bed, helpful staff, great tv, good wifi, central location - highly recommend!! Also has parking and they help with laundry services. Gym in the basement free for women guests
