Lovely staff, good food, great location. Car cleaned every day, our muddy boots scrubbed all without being asked to do so.

The hotel prsonnal is very kind. Very nice place facing the Kivu lake. Not only it has an excellent restaurant but it is at a walking distance from other ones (Palm Beach Restaurant). An excellent choice

Perfect for a couple of days relaxation by the lake. The accommodations and restaurant area are character filled giving an authentic feel. Staff were extremely friendly.

It was perfectly located. The decor was stylish african, that fit in with the environment. The staff was super friendly. Food was great. There was even a bonus traditional dance one might, although this is not a standard feature

The location is excellent! Right on the lake with great outdoor seating to enjoy the sounds of the lake. The staff were delightful, Jules in particular. Food was yummy, although the price was quite high. I had seen a few reviews about it not being clean - we didn’t find this at all. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small but quaint and unique.
