The owner had just come back to run the place 5 days before we checked in as he leased it out. So he was out In the mornings plotting around getting things up and running again. Hubby and I enjoyed our 3 night stay as it was close to the venue where we were attending a wedding. Town was close and shop in walking distance. Owner was lovely, we met some awesome neighbors. Nice clean rooms. We would stay again.

Traveller's Inn Motel is the best!!!! An absolute little gem, so clean, cosy and comfortable. Cannot say enough, mokos came over for a play and swim and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Rooms serviced and cleaned daily, two towels each daily. Greeted with a lovely smile! Would recommend to everyone to come stay at Travellers Inn Motel, Gisborne.

Liked it had everything I needed for the night. TV, Comfy bed, TV, Heated room, lil kitchenette that was stocked well for use. The lady on counter was REALLY nice. Friendly. Kind and just super helpful!! I would stay again for that fact. But it also had a nice big tramp, swings, grassy area for kids-close to town.

Lovely and helpful check in staff. Small swimming pool but sufficient for a soak. There were also trampoline and swings. Room was small but modern with air conditioning.

Good value, easy drive into town. We got a call asking if we'd like the aircon in when we arrived and cold water in the fridge. Guest laundry so we could wash our clothes.
