Clean, secluded, cozy. The most beautiful setting. Great hot tub and fire. Although secluded, it was only 10 mins for Girvan, so very handy. Coffee, tea, butter, milk, biscuits, and breakfast was all included. It was the most relaxing, beautiful place.

Communication after booking was well organised, including directions to find the lodge. Darren met us shortly after arrival to settle us in and show us how things worked. The lodge was perfect, very clean and homely. We loved the wee touches like the tray with breakfast items and the bottle of Prosecco and carton of milk already in the fridge on arrival. The log burner was ready to go with kindlers and a fire lighter already in it. The hot tub was working fully and was clean, a lot better than some of the lodge holiday parks out there. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dish towels, kitchen roll, grease proof paper, cling film and cleaning sprays and cloths plus a stash of tea, coffee, sugar and coffee pods for the coffee machine. There was also a selection of seasonings for cooking. If you forget to bring something you won’t need to worry. An air conditioning unit allowed us to control the temperature to suit us. Overall, an amazing stay in a secluded lodge with only fields next to it. We can’t wait to return.

We loved everything, the location, the bed was comfy as was the sofa. The shower was excellent and the kitchen had everything we needed. The welcome tray and small bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch. The hot tub was soooooo good and the only sounds were bulls and sheep!
