The room was very spacious, well equipped and neat and clean. The breakfast was very nice as well. The staffs were friendly too. The location was very perfectly centered to the touristic spots and good restaurants.

One of the front desk employees was kind enough to borrow us wine glasses to finish our great Rioja wine in our room. Despite that the official policy does apparently not allow for glasses in the room because the fear of broken glasses. We salute him for daring to ignore this silly rule. In fact the manager that came up with it should be fired imho. 😀

The hotel was great, ideally located, comfy beds, great room, next to everything. 10 mins from train station , Good and reasonably priced bar - Restaurant also there but didnt use. Pillows brilliant. Would highly recommend and stay again as in the heart of everything
