Perfect location. Close to the train and bus station and a short walk to all the tourist attractions. A physical person on reception is always welcome. The booking.com confirmation email I received mentioned a €300 cash deposit on check-in but I wasn't asked for any cash or any deposit at check-in. The room was small, a single room, but it was actually with a very comfortable good sized bed and had a locker and space to hang clothes. The heating in December cold was perfect and the sound proofing was quite good. The room was cleaned every day but towels are replaced on request and that is €3 per towel replaced.

We loved staying here! It was one of the best accommodation providers that we stayed with whilst in Girona. Will definitely stay here again when we come back! Beds were comfortable, bathroom was decently sized and staff were so helpful.

Great place to stay in Girona. Well located, nice modern room and friendly staff. Love the possibility to boil water at the reception, it's a small gesture but makes a difference to be able to have a tea or coffee in your room.
