Perfect location, bit of trouble finding it exactly but the local wine shop guy rang them directly for us and helped us,it was only a few doors up from there.

The bed was really really comfortable and the pressure in the shower was great. The building is on a wonderful small street, right in the heart of the old part of town. Absolutely magical. It mostly had everything we needed. The room was very cute with amazing old beams & lovely old windows. I would recommend if you are on a budget & can walk up many flights of stairs. I loved that it was quirky. I wish I had upgraded to a room with a view of the river as it was on the sunny side of the building which would have been great in winter. They were really kind and allowed us to check in early.

Travel while you can “Fascinating town with plenty of history”

Located in the middle of Old Girona town, it had a little balcony that opened to the main street. We could see all the pedestrian traffic and other buildings that lined the street from the balcony. Among a maze of narrow, winding, cobblestoned lanes, it felt like living in times of Romeo and Juliet! Plenty of shops, souvenirs, bars, coffee shops, restaurants in the immediate vicinity. My trip was perfect as I had plenty of visuals to draw upon, which it was the reason for my trip [I'm an artist].

Location, location, location. View from the terrace at the top of the building. Though there must be a better way to keep door open (ventilation to stairway?) than a step-ladder! Bottle of water on arrival. Nice.

Location was excellent. In old part of city right in the middle of all the action. So close to all the restaurants and bars and tourist spots. Two week stay and we loved feeling right at home in the building - enjoyed a couple of evenings on the rooftop terrace with wonderful view of the river.
