Loved the breakfast area with the free tea and water. Also the lockers were incredible, very easy to use and really helps with luggage storage. There was a lovely man at reception on Saturday night. He assisted us with an iphone charger and even brought the phone back to our room when it was fully charged, he was very professional and friendly
