The fine print
If you arrive outside reception opening hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.), on weekends or holidays, please inform the establishment so that we can indicate how You must complete the check-in process and provide instructions.It is mandatory to leave bicycles in the bike room since it is prohibited to take them into elevators, common areas and apartments. Just as smoking is not allowed in any part of the establishment (including balconies)There is a deposit of €230 (per apartment) for reservations of 1 to 30 nights. €300 for those whose reservation period is more than one month. This is returned within 72 hours of your departure, once we check whether the apartment is in good condition and the establishment's rules have been followed.We have underground parking upon request. Daily, weekly and monthly rates.
We have a laundry room with free washing machines, dryers and irons. The detergent and fabric softener must be brought by the client.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Friendly welcome and messaging beforehand to ensure everything was setup as we needed. Parking arranged without fuss and helpful information for our stay in Girona. Room was very clean and tidy with lots of storage, kitchen had great appliances (even though didn't use) Beds were comfy with excellent heavy quilts. Would stay again

This is a well-equipped spacious apartment. Consists of a large living room (kitchen + large table + sofa) separated from a bedroom by a rolling glasswall. There is an airconditioner so the temperature is comfortable during summer and winter. The bathroom is combined with a dressing/storage room which was very convenient. The underground parking was nice and cheap (~8 EUR/day). There is a dedicated room accessible from the garage where you can park your bicycles safely. In the bike-room there are power-sockets and some tools as well as fire/smoke detectors and video surveillance for security. All doors in the building are equipped with card readers and you use a single access card everywhere. There were all kind of kitchen accessories like towels, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets etc on arrival.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The bike room facilities were exceptional, including a bike stand, track pump, maps, and Excelent security.

Smart and clean. Good layout. Well equipped kitchen including nespresso type coffee machine. Towels and linen included in the price. Excellent, secure bike storage. Bike racks and maintenance stand.

Great value apartment - clean, modern, comfortable, bright. Good location within walking distance of the centre and with some excellent neighbourhood bars and restaurants and several supermarkets close by. staff very nice. Bike room and laundry facilities excellent for a cycling trip. Kitchen fully equipped with good quality kitchenware. Would stay here again and highly recommend

Very well laid out instructions to reach and access keys on arrival on a Weekend. Free laundromat services for guest was a big bonus. Reception was back on Monday and very friendly and helpful.
