The actual tree house was amazing had everything we needed. Clean and the bike addition was fab we had good few days riding around the island on the bikes. Also welcome addition was the private pool to cool off after the bike ride. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and fresh towels provided for both beach and shower. Highly reccomend

This place is an absolute gem! The staff is friendly as can be, breakfast is not a 5star hotel but plenty and nicely prepared. The guys at the reception do more than expected to make us feel comfortable. The treehouse itself is beautiful, located near to beach, either way you can bicycle around the island in like an hour if you want. At night there is not much lights but we all have phones to see the road. I would definitely return without hesitation!

We've just left the Gili treehouse and I don't know where to start. Everything was perfect. The accommodation is amazing. We've stayed in 4 rooms before this around Bali and this has been our favourite by far. The Treehouse is absolutely gorgeous, with the private pool, balcony, lovely bathroom and so much space for just 2 of us. I couldn't believe we had all of that to ourselves and I wish we could've done more time here if we'd been staying on Gili T. The shower was so nice, the pool was perfect size and the attention to detail didn't go amiss. They leave you water everywhere and bring you breakfast to your room at the time you ask. The WiFi is good, the decor is beautiful and the treehouse even rocks a little in the wind which I really liked as it made it feel even more authentic. The staff, they're just brilliant. We dealt with the same main staff member during our stay and he couldn't do more to help. He gave us advice on where to go and replied to any question we had promptly on WhatsApp. We also arrived early due to the boat times and our room was understandably not ready. We went off for lunch but got a text a short while later telling us our room was ready for us, still earlier than normal check in. After seeing the horses being whipped and some with wounds where their straps were rubbing, I really couldn't bring myself to get a horse back to the harbour. I told the staff that we'd walk, even though we had large cases and it wouldn't be fun in the heat, I'd still rather that than get a horse, but the staff said there was no need and that he'd get 2 staff members to ride bikes down to the harbour with our cases and we could follow. He said they do this all the time and didn't mind at all when we repeatedly asked if he was sure. I cannot express how reassuring this was for me and made such a difference.

The Gilli Treehouse villa was superb with the typical teakwood carpentry and furniture. Very comfortable! But the best was the staff. Jack, Ari and team provided a fantastic service, with almost 24/7 availability, from serving a healthy breakfast at 7:00 AM before snorkelling to arranging an electrician to fix the broken airco right away. Thanks for an unforgettable stay at Gili Trawangan!
