The service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring a stunning garden view. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights.

We really enjoyed our stay at the gili paddy hotel. The location was great, and they offered us to rent bikes from inside the hotel. The staff was great and welcoming, especially Bannana helped us to organize the transport off the island and tried to help my friend when her phone died.
