The staff are constantly working to keep the gardens and rooms clean. We had a problem with our air conditioner, and they came and replaced it. Perfect! The beach is right there and they have sitting areas to catch some rays, or go off to snorkel. Plenty of fish to see and most are lucky to see turtles. The restaurant is on the beach and that's where you can enjoy some good food. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance (well, you CAN walk the whole island lol) for variety of different foods. We rented electric scooters for the time we were there which was fun and they also have bicycles for rent. The spa was great, which is easy to book and just upstairs past reception. Staying here seems like a little away from everything, but it was great to get away from the hustle of town and it was very quiet to catch a great nights sleep. Would stay here again for sure :)

Amazing location for snorkelling. Incredible staff that went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The best deep tissue massage I found on the island provided by their in-house spa.

The breakfast was super complete and tasty. The staff were in the details of everything. The free minibar that was in the room every day was very good in case you want to snack Every day they changed towels and cleaned the room. The gym there was very complete and was open 24 hours a day. The turtle spot was on that beach so there was no need to go anywhere else. Free snorkeling and shoes The best resort I have been to in Indonesia..

The room was a perfect size. Nice big bed and comfortable. A closet area where you could hang some clothes and keep things tidy. The bathrooms were great and the shower was awesome. Because they run off solar (possibly electric as well for those stormy days) we always had hot water and the pressure is great to feel clean and refreshed from your day out. The island is quite easy to walk around, but there were electric scooters you could rent. They also rent out bicycles. Makes it a bit easier moving around in the heat. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and they is plenty to choose from. If you are a diver that doesn't leave you a lot of time to get ready afterwards, but on the last day we did see some people eating at 7. So maybe once the staff arrives it is possible to eat a little earlier. The staff are super helpful and really friendly. And how the resort is laid out it's very quiet to get a great nights sleep. Absolutely would stay here again.

One of the best of Gili Air standards. Clean pool, good reef just next to the private beach. Perfect for chill and relax. Perfect transfer from Lombok Airport - ask them. Free bicycles!

Incredible and welcoming staff, Possible to rent bikes, to have a massage, Nice restaurant and best breakfast! And many turtles on the beach right in front of the hotel !
