Apartment Overview

Fantastically situated set of new studios and apartments, located right in the centre of Gijon and just 30 metres from the San Lorenzo beach. The comfortable apartment accommodation provides a great base for business trips, long weekend breaks and holidays. In addition they also offer greater independence than hotels do. Within the vicinity you will find cinemas, shops, restaurants, many of the major tourist attractions and parking.

+ Very good location and quiet place near the beach. + Spacious and comfortable apartment in the attic, I felt quite comfortable. + I really liked the huge bathroom and comfortable bed. You can take a hot bath rather than take a stupid shower. + The kitchen lacks salt and sugar, but overall it is equipped with everything you need + The apartment is on the top floor, so it is very quiet and no one disturbs you by noise.
