The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we went back to the front desk to ask for a bigger room. We would like to commend Blair who greeted guests at the front door - very friendly and a great ambassador for the hotel. The common facilities of the hotel were great and the location was next to a shopping centre which was handy.
