Tabatha was fabulous. She was very helpful and she took care of all of our needs and requests! It doesn't look like too much from the outside but the room was top notch! They upgraded our room and we can't say how happy this made us. The room was unbelievable it was clean and large and had a fireplace and an amazing shower and great quality toiletries. .

Spacious well equipped room. Lots of storage and lighting all working well for our needs. The simple breakfast was welcome at no extra cost.

The fragrance of the pool was pleasantly noticeable, and that was relaxing right away! The room was nicely appointed, and the extra blanket was appreciated!

Nicely appointed room, we were upgraded to one with a large balcony. Room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker etc. Bathroom had a walk in shower and was very clean. Hotel gardens are very pretty. Grab and go breakfast was perfect for our requirements with muffins, fruit etc. 20 minute walk to Gibsons Landing (30 minutes back up a very steep hill).

We like that it's close to Gibsons Landing and walking distance to most amenities. The courtyard is lovely and the pool & hot tub are great!

I requested a quite toom and the receptionist allocated us one. The free muffins and coffee in the morning was a welcome surprise.

Loved our stay at Gibsons Garden Hotel. Checking in was smooth and the lobby looks great. Our room has 2 queen beds and faces the back parking lot. Everything was clean and in good condition. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi which were also very clean. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped with a koi pond. The grab-and-go station offers free muffins, fruits and coffee in the morning.

front desk staff wonderful . Room service very scattered . Some days no face cloths some days no bath matt's some days no tp front desk had to bring these things to us Beautiful gardens . Breakfast was dry stall muffins no butter or jam supplied and a banana coffee very watery

Had a lovely stay! It was maybe a 15-20 minute walk from the main area of Gibsons. Room was comfortable and spacious and bed was really nice. Staff were great. I think excellent value for money also. Would stay again!
