Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Price was excellent for gibraltar and the rooms are big clean and not modern. The location was in the middle of town. I walked there from the border.

Not sure why this has had a few bad reviews, it’s a great location with parking outside. It’s not 5* but they don’t claim to be. I don’t have breakfast there as Costa in virtually next door so can’t comment on that.

The location was excellent. The staff were absolutely lovely. Very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
