The room size was good. Moreover, the bed was very comfortable. All rooms were equipped with all things necessary. Windows are quite soundproof so there is only minor noise coming from outside through the room door.

Excellent hotel with an ideal price-quality ratio. The room is small, but clean and has everything you need for your stay. For example, a kettle, mini-fridge, safe and hairdryer. Very welcoming and friendly people at the reception. During our stay, we talked to three employees and they were all very friendly. The sauna works as it should, it gets to the temperature relatively quickly (15 minutes), the quality of execution is 4 out of 5, but for this price it is a sin to complain. The location is great, with the ability to go out on different sides of the street, depending on where you need to go. I really liked the hotel, it deserves more than 3 stars. I wish you inspiration in the new year, so that with small improvements the hotel will become an even more wonderful place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Located in the heart of Gent, close to the attractions. Christmas market outside the window. Facilities are not that new anymore but comfortable. Not too many choices for breakfast but nice enough for a good breakfast. We parked our car at a P+R for free and took a tram to the hotel.

The location is fantastic. Right in the center and next to the Christmas markets. Everything is easily walkable. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants close by. Staff were helpful and made warm milk for our toddler every evening.

It's was centre to everything, spotless,our room was cleaned daily and we received fresh towels daily. Our room was big and we had a kettle. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
