Lovely staff, very accommodating. Also great location and facilities. Beds were comfortable and family room was very spacious and comfortable. However, cleanness wasn't the best of this room.

I loved how quiet the room was and the surrounding area. Also, everything was close by, I could walk everywhere. The receptionist lady Christina was a doll. I could share my first impressions of the city with her and overall, very nice and enjoyable stay.

The Swimming pool was excellent and the time-haring with other Guests is plausible.

The room was beautiful and big. We were welcomed by Gerald at reception and he was so friendly and extremely helpful. We could park our car for free. The location was good - its a 30-minute walk to the centre but there is a tram very close to the hotel.

Located in a prosperous suburb of Ghent this Art Deco building retains many of the original features. The No3 tram stop is a few minutes walk and this gets you to the centre in about 20 minutes at E2.50 per ride. Pay at the card reader on the tram. Our room was large and warm enough [ early March], all the bathroom services worked well. Comfortable large double bed. Friendly staff and parking is available at extra cost on-site. There is a mini-bar in the room and the prices were fair.

Spacious family room, great time in private pool session. Lovely selection of food for breakfast. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend anytime :)

Perfect location for us - walking distance from the main sites, but also easy to get a tram if needed. Delicious breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff. We loved the quirky features and calm feel of the hotel.

Location was great- very close to the tram for easy access to the centre, to train stations, etc. The quad room was very impressive. Lots of space and a great little kitchenette. The facilities were nice with a gym and a pool. The staff was lovely. The shower was wonderful.

Overall, it was a good experience. The room was specious and clean. It had smart tv, minibar and kettle which we appreciated. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The onsite parking.
