Great location and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were excellent and very helpful with tips and advice. The breakfast was also really good.

Room setup for a family of four (for a family room) is excellent. And the size of the bathroom is amazing.

Comfortable large room with everything we needed, excellent/friendly staff, breakfast was delicious with great options available. The location was excellent, very central, and only a short walk to the Christmas market, river views, canal, castle, cathedrals etc.

The welcome from the staff member on arrival was wonderful! Warm and full of useful information and local knowledge. Really made our stay! Also loved meeting the resident cat Guiness! Beds were most comfortable of our trip to date.
