Lovely staff, the hotel renovation is great, love the little coffee and tea machine and chill out area downstairs, and the rooms are comfy and clean, with minimal decor

My room was spatious and clean, very bright. Very comfortable beds. Complementary tea in the room. Nice staff. Perfect location a few steps from the railway statin.

The hotel was spotless, with modern furniture, clean lines and great lighting. The lobby is very accommodating, with fresh flower bouquets. Two work rooms/stations adjacent to the lobby have plenty of electricity outlets to plug in and work. The open bar with tea, coffee, beer, soft drinks, and water is super convenient and works on an honesty basis. It is very convenient to have a drink whenever you want. You pay when you check out. The breakfast buffet is simply delicious and plentiful, with various choices. The fruit salads are homemade. The location is ideal. It is super close to the Ghent St. Pieters train station and a 20-minute walk to the medieval heart of Ghent. Rooms are well appointed, with good linens, modern bathrooms and showers.

Very welcoming reception team, room was lovely and modern, very comfortable. Great location, with free shuttle outside and a few minutes walk from the station. Our room was also upgraded on check in which was a lovely gesture!
