The hotel is situated in a nice neighbourhood with a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly, but all communication happend online or via phone. The hotel, as well as the designated room, can be accessed by code. There is no lobby or worker present. The bed was nice. The presence of a fridge, plates, glasses and cutlery was nice. There was no table in the room. There was a hair dryer present, which I didn’t use, so I cannot say anything about that. It was also nice that there was a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with two capsules. The option to have tea would also have been nice, but that is merely a suggestion.

Central location, no reception but check in information was good. Large comfortable bed and bedding, large towels, quiet area. Quite a quirky building. Staff answered quickly when we contacted them over the issues and fixed them, however, we shouldn’t have had to complain re hot water in a city centre hotel. It was fixed but it shouldn’t have been an issue.

The location was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. Once we found the entry key panel it was easy to come and ago. Although there was street activity (building works near by) the place was quiet. And it was very good value for money compared with a hotel in the same location. It was nice to have coffee making facilities.

This is a minimalist hotel experience. It's all automatic, with no staff present, and as a result, it's very quiet. The bed was really comfortable, though very high - someone with limited mobility might struggle to get in. The rooms were well appointed, except for the odd omission of a table and chair(s), even though there was plenty of space. So the only place to sit is on the bed. A good coffee machine was provided, as was coffee.
