If the group does not comply with the house rules, the reservation will be cancelled immediately.When you book more than 1 studio, a maximum of 3 people are allowed to stay in one studio.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Was located within walking distance from the university campus for work purposes while still being close to the city center for sightseeing and visiting the Christmas Markets. The room was nice and spacious, the kitchenet had everything that was needed and more, the room/bathroom was very neat and clean. Property owners were also very friendly and prompt in responding to enquires.

Kitchenette with all you need to prepare yourself a meal, great comfy bed and space where to leave clothes, toilet was clean and soaps already available in refillable bottles.. ok location. A plus for the coffee at the place and canal view. The cleaning lady was super kind to help me set the cooker on my second day, while evidently busy with her duties. She was the only member of staff i spoke to in three days and was a really pleasant and helpful person. In my opinion, price is justified only by other tourist services available at the place.. surely acceptable and fair for what I paid with discounts applied. Will try again in summer maybe but a bit overpriced in comparison with similar solutions in the city I happened to try other times in Ghent.. would however come back happily

Great little spot about 20 minutes walk from Ghent city centre and 10 minutes in a taxi from train station. Really loved the location as it is in a quiet spot by the riverside and is a nice, picturesque and very easy walk down along the canal into Ghent city centre. The room itself is small but ideal for a young couple or just on your own like I was (I say young due to the steep staircase up to the bedroom I had no issues with this and thought it was a nice quirky feature to the place but I could imagine not ideal if you are an older couple) had everything that I needed throughout my stay and really liked the balcony and terrace view. Safe location and well protected by the big front gate, easy check in and out as you collect and post through key box. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here at Edville Studio and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a cosy little apartment within a nice walking distance from the main city centre of Ghent.
